practical stay with great amenities

i found the location quite convenient near the karasuma oike station. a 7-eleven was just across the street, and a starbucks reserve was close. i was able to use the washer and dryer in my room and it was great. i appreciated the beverage station that offered coffee, tea, and sake.
the air-conditioning system could not be turned on at the same time as the heater, and i had to open a window.

my room included a washing machine and dryer, very useful for longer stays. the bed had power outlets built into the headboard for convenient charging. i was satisfied with the room size and layout.

amazing stay!

The hotel location is super close to the subway station, i found that convenient! the hotel had amazing amenities. Free snacks in the afternoon and a coffee machine offering hot, iced coffee and lattes. It was a real treat after a long day exploring. leaving my suitcases before check-in and after check-out was easy, i didn't have to worry at all. the beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable!
Honestly. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell occasionally, nothing major but noticeable. I just wish it smelled a little fresher all the time!

the breakfast included local dishes alongside some european options, i really appreciated the variety. the restaurant's menu featured authentic cuisine! the coffee machine in the lobby provided complimentary drinks throughout the day.

the location was convenient, close to public transport.
The room cleanliness was subpar. I found hairs in the shower drain. dust was apparent everywhere, even after i reported it and the reception arranged a deep cleaning the next morning. dust remained on the wall and in corners, so i had to clean it myself (it was quite unpleasant).

I really liked how the room came equipped with a washer and dryer. It was super useful. the hotel's location allowed easy access to buses and metro lines, it simplified getting around. the staff was so friendly and provided great advice making my explorations even better.
the room had a slight damp smell upon arrival. i think it was due to the weather. it rained .
